My Students

Our school serves a multicultural, diverse student population in grades PreK-5. Our students work hard and they love to learn. While we provide rigorous academics, fantastic teachers, and a safe learning environment, we need to expose more students to the arts through musical theater.

Our large English as a Second Language Learner population would benefit from the kinesthetic, visual, and auditory learning modalities employed in musical theater.

My Project

I am requesting a collection of beautiful books to add to our classroom library. All year long we practice being thankful! Thankful, gratitude, grateful, a grateful heart and THANK YOU are just some of the vocabulary you will hear in my classroom this month and all YEAR LONG! Part of our social emotional and character education lessons emphasis on these themes.

These picture books would make a great edition to our classroom library.

My kiddos love a good read aloud and get so excited when we build our library with these gorgeous books. T is for thank you so thank you for helping us bring literacy in our classroom!
