I have a wonderful class of K-5 Special Needs students. We are in a self contained classroom at a low income Title I school. My students are at a variety of ability levels. Some of my students talk and can navigate the school without adult support and other students are non-verbal, throw, and put everything in their mouths.
I am asking for materials for my classroom for my lower level students to help them with their goals.
They need materials that will be easy to clean, interactive, and something they can use independently or hand over hand with an adult. Many of the materials will help with sorting and fine motor skills. The toss games will help with controlling the throwing to appropriate activities.
