My Project

When I was student teaching, my mentor teacher had a low table like this for her students that they always fought over. I love the idea of flexible seating and never heard of a low table until I was with this mentor teacher. I instantly fell in love with the idea of filling my classroom with so many seating options for my students. My dream classroom includes this low table!

This low table will allow my students to have a new environment to learn from in all subjects and even to use during computer time or free choice time!

This low table gives my students the option to get out of the hard metal chairs they normally sit in and let their body sit however they please. They can sit on the carpet, on a pillow, on their knees, etc.

I know my students would benefit from a small table because they are all about flexible seating already and I know the more I add, the more they will succeed!
