My Project

We are a class of unique learners. We love to create as a way to help us learn, and as a way to calm our selves down. The items listed will help our students with severe to profound disabilities engage in high quality learning in every area of their school day. We focus on functional learning and how to help them become as independent as they can be. We also have a strong emphasis on emotions and how we need to be able to identify them as well as calming strategies.

We are also a class that doesn't like worksheets, so anytime we can find a game that we can play, that is also teaching us math, we are all over that!

While we do thrive on routine, taking breaks with games and puzzles are great for us!
