Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Living in the city means students do not get to experience many things they see in the country. For this reason, I want an indoor garden where students can grow edible greens and tomatoes. This will allow students to get excited of the natural resources our earth provides to us.

Having an indoor garden that they can watch daily and experience plants and hydroponic gardening.

Not only are we covering science standards but they will be able to eat the vegetables when they grow!

Help my students have a real life experience with the growing of vegetables.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
