My Project

I am very excited to share my love of literacy with all of my students. It is important that the library feels inviting and provides the students with the tools needed to help them enjoy making reading a daily part of their childhood. The incentive prizes will definitely help to build motivation within the daily literacy lessons for all of the grades from kindergarten through the sixth grade. Within my purposeful literacy lessons I also integrate writing. By doing so, the goal is for our students to retain, follow through, and apply their knowledge into all aspects of learning and life. The tools such as the pencils, pencil holders, book bins and rolling cart will help to enhance their time and wisdom gained while in the library.

The students will glow and shine immensely when given the freedom to grow and pass on their knowledge.

Given the tools to use, keep within their grasp, and the right to use all of the skills given from their learning, all students will continue to climb that ladder to success!
