My Students

Welcome to our second-grade classroom in Billings, Montana. I am extremely proud to be the teacher to twenty (20) dedicated, hard-working, motivated, and successful students. With my love for kids and educational expertise, their dreams and aspirations will become their reality this school year. There is nothing that will stop our classroom from persevering and learning through these difficult times. As a community, we should celebrate our future leaders!

With a strong background in educational theory and best practices, I will ensure students will grow academically and close their learning gaps.

Academic achievement and high standards is a must for all of my students!

Being out of school for the past 5 months, students have shown how much they crave an education. They all have a love for learning, desire structure, need social-emotional interactions, and want to have fun! I have missed them! Together, regardless of their multi-cultural background or financial inequities, students thrive in school and I want us to stay open!

My Project

With this project, all of our four 2nd grade classrooms will have access to 120 book titles, take home readers, guided instruction, sight words, vocabulary and much more!

Reading is learning!

With these books, students will develop a love for readIng, encounter rich text, learn critical concepts, and tackle higher level thinking skills in all of their educational years. Additionally, students will receive structured instruction and leveled books to refine their skills at home. Parents and students will be amazed at home much growth they’ll see in their student’s educational success!
