Love to Hear Percussion! Percussion Fun for Inclusive Choir

Help me give my students percussion instruments that we can use to develop our skills and have fun with music! With these boom whackers and bucket drums, we can learn about rhythm and pitch.

My Project

At our school, we have a variety of choirs that provide an opportunity for all types of learners to make music. While doing so, we do our best to meet all students where they are and find fun ways for everyone to stay involved. For some learners, singing can be very difficult. This has led me to think of ways that provide them with the opportunity to still participate in music.

I would like your help to provide percussion instruments like bucket drums, boom whackers, and shakers that will help my students make music in a variety of ways beyond singing!

I am already planning to get the bucket drums donated, but we will still need quite a few items to add more opportunities for each student. With your help, I hope to provide a more diverse musical experience for my students that they can have fun with throughout the year both in the classroom and in performances for their parents.
