My Project

I am focusing on community development that is trauma-informed for a high-needs class. Students spend a lot of time on the rug building connections through discussion and literature. Increasing focus on community is having positive behavioral impacts! I desire for students to feel seen and valuable as an important asset to the classroom and overall school community.

My goals are to focus on literacy with a special focus on BIPOC characters and historical figures, class discussion, inclusion, for a special class of bright and motivated students.

We need a classroom rug, dry erase markers and boards and magnetic tiles! Thanks for your support!
