My Project

The Science of Reading is a systematic process young learners must acquire through skilled educators. With the proper systematic and explicit literacy learning, students will learn how to read! Not only will these young learners understand the reading process, but they will grow to love reading as well! Our brains were not created with the reading process in mind. Reading is a complex process and many aspects go into creating a skilled reader.

With your help, I can provide my students with instructional materials, decodable texts and literacy centers, that will support their love for literacy learning.

I am a third-year, first-grade educator and truly love going to work each day. My students are diverse, engaged, and hard workers! Please consider donating to my project to create a lifelong love for literacy learning. Thank you!
