My Project
My kids are the happiest third graders! To keep school engaging and fun, not stressful, I spend a great deal of my time planning and prepping fun activities to help my students make the necessary learning gains. I prefer to engage my students in a personalized learning style with interactive activities! In order to do this I'll make centers and stations across all skills that require my students to walk in groups, moved around the room, become independent thinkers, and fully engage with the material to show their mastery of the concept. It's a wonderful way to teach because paper pencil can become boring and monotonous. With the global pandemic, I realized the real need for hands on learning and the loss for a love of learning and reading in my students. I am always looking for ways to make learning fun and engaging, so that students want to come to school. The requested supplies will also help my students develop their creativity, social skills, problem solving, and comprehension. This is a fantastic resource that exposes students to a variety of articles related to current events, economics, history, geography, and biographies of historical figures past and present.
