This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Tennis is more than just a sport. It is a lifelong game. I coach an incredible group of students who show every practice and game ready to give the best of themselves and to learn. They support one another on and off the court. But unlike other teams, all of my players don't have their own equipment. They use school rackets, and the grips wear down fast. Changing the grip keeps the rackets playable and the players safe. We also need new balls and ball pick-up tubes to keep practices running smoothly.

With these supplies, we'll spend less time scrambling and more time building kills and confidence.

My students are dedicated, motivated and proud to wear their T-Bred pride - but they need the right tools to keep playing. Your support means they can focus on the game - and start our fall training as soon as the school starts in August.
