The current headphones in our classroom are broken, making them unreliable and ineffective for student use. Many of them have damaged wires, malfunctioning speakers, or missing ear cushions, which not only make listening difficult but also uncomfortable. When students try to use them, they often experience distorted sound or no sound at all, leading to frustration and distractions during lessons.
Without working headphones, students struggle to engage with audio materials, which are essential for their learning experience.
This ongoing issue disrupts their focus and prevents them from fully benefiting from digital learning tools.
Headphones are a crucial part of using classroom computers, as they allow students to engage with educational programs without disturbing their peers. Many learning platforms include interactive lessons, instructional videos, and reading exercises that require clear audio for comprehension. Without headphones, students may miss important information or struggle to concentrate in a noisy environment. Additionally, some students rely on text-to-speech programs or other auditory learning aids, which are essential for their individual learning needs.
