Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Ms. W’s LEGO Learning Through Cooperative Play project fosters collaboration among resource and inclusion students as they engage in hands-on building activities.
By completing Lego kits together, students enhance their spatial awareness and mathematical skills without relying on screen time.
This interactive approach not only promotes teamwork but also allows students to delve into problem-solving and creativity, providing an ultimate learning experience that emphasizes social skills and cognitive development.
Without the use of screen time, students with special academic needs will put together imaginative LEGO kits and receive that wonderful feeling of accomplishment.
