My students are one of a kind. Each one of them holds a special place in my heart. I work at a K-6th elementary school in a rural area.
Our school is in a needy area and so the students are appreciative of anything that they receive.
I want to make their school experience has memorable as possible. Some students wouldn't get to experience what they do if it wasn't for school. Working on art while talking and problem solving is the best way to connect!
My Project
I want my students to be able to look on the walls and read the various quotes and know that they are loved and hold a place within the school. This will set a positive attitude for the students throughout the day which will enhance their learning as well. The student's self-esteem will also be boosted by simply putting inspirational quotes on the walls that they pass daily. Some students don't hear these positive things at home so it is important for them to hear positive things here at school. This will lift their spirits and make them want to be at school.
