Help me give my students a fun hands-on learning experience through a STEM project!

My Students
I teach science to about 120 fifth grade scholars at a charter school in the inner city Nashville area. They love science and most say it is their favorite subject. They are creative, curious, and enjoy hands-on activities. My school pushes scholars to be their best both in and out of the classroom. My scholars are not afraid of a challenge and they are always pushing themselves to achieve their goals. They love exploring and investigating the world around them.
My Project
Due to the recent shift in standards, we now have some new science concepts that we learn in 5th grade. This includes the force of gravity and air resistance! Last year we learned about these concepts and constructed different shaped parachutes to find out what type of parachute would fall to the ground the slowest. I would love to use this STEM kit this year to teach kids about air resistance while also applying it to a real world scenario - an aid drop package! Help my scholars learn about air resistance while creating parachutes to safely land these aid drop packages.
