Lokelani Leads With Aloha

Help me give my students in their Leadership classes the tools they need to show aloha to their classmates.

My Project

Our students at Lokelani need inspiration and support. They have been through so much these past four years, and we all should admire their resolve and resilience. We need to honor their voices and give them the materials create events that bring a positive atmosphere to our campus.

Lokelani students need to be inspired and they need safe places that are vibrant and supportive.

The supplies in this project will be used in Leadership and Yearbook classes, which are an electives on our campus. Leadership students create campus wide initiatives like spirit week, assemblies, dances, and sports rallys. They need pencils to sketch, butcher paper to make signs, colored paper to make flyers. In our classroom we need hooks to stay organized. The goal of these activities are to create positive school environment.

We use cameras to document our activities and create promotional materials. The Yearbook also needs to use the cameras. In order to transfer photos unto our iMac, we need multiport adapters. These adaptors will be used to create the Yearbook.

The items will make a difference in our students' learning by giving them the raw materials to a positive school atmosphere, a main learning objective for our leadership classes.
