My Project

Help me give my students the gift of focus and engagement. Our students are a diverse and vibrant group of learners, each with their own unique strengths and challenges. They are curious, creative, and eager to learn. However, like many children in the digital age, they can sometimes find it difficult to resist the allure of their cell phones.

How will the specific items you’re requesting make a difference in their learning?

The cell phone lockers we are requesting will provide a secure place for students to store their phones during school hours. This will significantly reduce distractions in the classroom, allowing students to concentrate better on their lessons. It will also promote healthier social interactions, as students will be more inclined to engage with each other face-to-face rather than through screens.

What are your goals for this project?

Our goal for this project is to create a more conducive learning environment for our students. We aim to teach them the importance of focus and self-discipline and to help them understand that while technology is a powerful tool for learning, it can also be a distraction if not used responsibly. We hope that the introduction of these cell phone lockers will lead to improved academic performance and a more engaged, interactive classroom experience.
