My students need lockers to store art supplies in the classroom. Our students often work in groups and need places to store their materials that they are working with until the next class period.

My Students

My students live in a small rural community in the heart of Florida. They are all great kids who love to learn and, lucky for me, love art! All of our students come from different socioeconomic backgrounds. We are Title I school with 100% free lunch.

My students are eager to learn.

They love to create art, watch films and read about art movements. My students are all great kids! My school is a charter school that still holds the arts in high regard.

My Project

We often take more than one class period to complete an art project. A common problem is storage space in the art studio. With the introduction of lockers, we will have adequate storage space for personal and individual materials that are brought in from home.

Having lockers in the art room will create a space personal space for individuals or groups to store current materials that they are using to create projects.

Not only will the lockers provide storage space, the lockers will open the room up more for the students to move around and have space to build amazing projects!
