Liven Up

Help me give my students a colorful and fun rest of the year. We are focusing so much on getting students to stay up to date on the basics during this difficult year.

My Students

My students are learning to be socially aware and compassionate with themselves and others. We focus on congratulating our classmates and ourselves for jobs well done academically and emotionally. We also recognize that we make mistakes and the importance of remedying them in a positive light. I love how my students complement one other and see themselves as a unit during these difficult times of social isolation and change. They are working hard to catch up while still having fun and being supportive. They are eager to learn and always write me notes about how much they love school. Even though this year is scary; they are a beacon of light.

My Project

This year has been difficult, and the top priority has been getting students on track. I want to give my students the ability to make art and have a beautiful classroom during a not so beautiful year too.

I want to make sure my students are immersed in art and positivity as much as possible, and with the materials, I have chosen this can happen.

Multicultural markers, poster boards, art activities will really help bring our lessons to the next level and make our days more fun and engaging especially while covid continues to loom over us.
