This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are struggling to connect with me during this distance learning due to inadequate materials and devices. I am trying to engage them by teaching them in real time with video demonstrations so they do not become disengaged during this frustrating time.

My Project

Distance learning and teaching has been a very difficult and frustrating time for most of my students. This laptop would allow me to connect with my students to give them the appropriate supports to help them be more successful during this hard time.

Teaching a digital art class to my students requires technology and tools that allow my students to be creative and expressive.

This laptop would greatly help improve my connection with my students and classroom and give them the support needed to continue learning technology and art making.
