My Project
First-grade students have a lot of feelings throughout the day and sometimes they don't what to do with them.
The A Little SPOT of SEL kit will help my students learn how to regulate their emotions and have a successful day in the classroom.
Students will love the stories about each of the spots and the strategies that go along with each. Having a visual will help them remember how to understand how they are feeling and how to best calm themselves down during those hard moments. We will have weekly lessons and students can use the spots daily.
