My Project

I love to use positive reinforcement in my classroom! I utilized a classroom prizes as a management technique. By doing so my students are able to learn the basics of responsibility, and the idea of earning rewards bit by bit.

Students earn class prizes by being great classroom citizens, completing their jobs, participating in class, and completing their school work.

Hopefully, when they leave my class they will take with them the idea that having a positive mindset is beneficial and feels good. As well as the basic knowledge that it takes time and effort to earn a reward.

Of course all of those prizes are costly. I would love some financial help to offer amazing incentives this year and help my students realize that doing the right thing pays off!!
