Little Learners Need Books In Their Hands

Help me give my students actually books in their hands. My students are beginning readers and this Kindness pack of books would allow them to have books at their home to read.

My Students

I have been blessed with a room full of energetic, eager 5 and 6 year olds. They love learning. Most of them started the year with little or no literacy or math knowledge. As soon as the year began they soaked it all in. They have blossomed. They are now able to blend sounds to read and are beginning to add and subtract. It has been a joy to watch the progress unfold. I cannot wait to see how far their learning goes.

My Project

Only a few of my students have books at home. When we are in school, they are allowed to check out library books. Since we aren't in school right now, they will not be receiving those books. If I receive these funds, I will be able to send exciting books home with all of my students. They will love to have actual books at their house. They will love that the books belong to them. They are on the way to becoming great readers. Having access to actual books will help them become the best readers that the can be..
