Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

I have a beautiful class family. My little learners are responsible, respectful, sweet, kind, creative, and hardworking. They love to learn! They are always ready to work and learn every day. I feel very proud of them for their hard work and perseverance.
My little scientists are learning about the butterfly life cycle.
Please help me to provide my little learners with a Butterfly Kit, paper shapes and a caterpillar plush toy.
In my classroom, I love to provide hands-on learning opportunities for students, especially in the area of STEM. In the Spring I love to do a unit on butterflies and their life cycle.
Our butterfly unit helps students to discover and learn many things.
They can observe the caterpillars and make journal entries about them. They can watch from the start of the butterfly life cycle until we release them in our playground. Children get an appreciation and compassion for living things during this process.
