My students need seat sacks for their chairs since we sit at tables. We are also in need of art supplies especially construction paper, markers and glue sticks.
My students in Philadelphia are intelligent, eager to learn and full of excitement everyday. My future leaders work very hard through all of their lessons. I create engaging lessons in phonics, reading, writing, math, social studies and science that make the students want to come to school everyday. We are special because we consider each other family. We work as a family and celebrate each other's gains whether large or small. We are kind and supportive of each other at all times.
My Project
The materials I am requesting will help us learn efficiently in the city of Philadelphia. My students love drawing pictures when they write. Construction paper and markers will allow the students to completely use their imagination which is exactly what I strive for with my first graders. Seat sacks are important because my students use tables and need a place to store their wonderful work. The headphones would be very helpful during our daily computer center time. The materials I am requesting will allow my classroom to run smoothly and add flexibility to our classroom community. These materials will help me keep my students engaged in their daily lessons.
