Help me give my students Little Free Libraries in their community so they can have access to books and other items in convenient spots to exchange things they may no longer need but others could use.

My Project
The gift of literacy is a gift that sparks an endless cycle of giving. It takes a village to raise a child and our school hopes to take the initiative to take an active role in helping, not only the families in our school, but the families all over out community to become readers.
We always push our families to read to their students, never taking into consideration if they have access to books or not.
Little Free Library is needed now more than ever in our community. The success of our first Little Free library project has made me realize that more is needed. I hope to bring more free libraries in our community but will require your support. My goal is to get more books into the hands of the children in the community, the same community I grew up in, which holds a very special place in my heart.
If there is a family that didn't have access to books before and is now able to take home books for their child, this project will be a huge success. Your support will go towards building a community that will appreciate the gift of literacy, and in the long run, it will pay off greatly.
I hope this idea extends to other things besides books. I hope the location of the little free libraries will evolve to a place where community members can share things they may no longer need but others could use.
