My Project
The cups will be a small keepsake for the students as well as used to keep the students hydrated while they participate in the different activities. These cups will be used at a Unified Field Day where students with and without disabilities participate together in around 20 various activities. I am an Adapted PE teacher and am grateful to teach and work with students with and without disabilities throughout Norfolk Public Schools District. The students, teachers and their families all look forward to this event each year and get excited to watch their kids have fun while working hard towards being fit and building skills.
We in the Adapted PE department have a focus to provide students with disabilities an opportunity to participate in physical activities alongside their non-disabled peers.
