Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am requesting science exploration and activities. Our science center is lacking hands-on experiences for the children. I also teach a unit on buildings and ball. The center activities that I have added are in need of building supplies and the ramps. There is a brick kit that would be so amazing for the children to create things for our building unit. The ramps will be absolutely perfect for our building unit and our ball unit. We will use them to test the moving balls and build structures that we can roll to balls on.

Our goal is to have materials that will enhance our curriculum.

These items that I have asked for will do this not only for small group, but, for centers and independent learning as well. Some of the supplies can also be used in our water table to give it a fresh look for the kids. It is always to helpful to move centers around and change them. These things will allow us to do that.
