Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students need a variety of art supplies. We do not get any art supplies only some at the beginning of the year from school supply lists and donations.
These art supplies help them develop more than their creativity.
They provide a way of developing their language skills, provide opportunities to use their phonic and fine motor skills.
Paint at the easel or in a center for a special projects gives them ways of exploring materials that many of my students are using for the first time. These basic art supplies make a world of difference for the littles.
