This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Due to Covid-19, students have missed opportunities to participate in group projects and explore some classics in literature. Exploring different genres of fiction is a way for my students to be able to see be exposed to the wide variety of classics in literature.

With this new set of books, my class will be afforded an opportunity to delve into a literature classic.

While we have read other similar genres such as realistic fiction, this will be our first time exploring a fantasy genre. We will be comparing and contrasting the different genres and ultimately create our own stories.
