This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The students that I work with have a range of disabilities including autism, specific learning disabilities, other health impairments, and speech and language impairments. Most of my students struggle with reading and writing and have low confidence in their ability to learn and achieve their goals.
I would like to receive phonics resources and hands-on learning games for my students who struggle with reading and writing.
During small groups, my students will have the tools and resources they need to help them become confident readers and increase their reading skills.
