My Students

Reading comprehension and vocabulary development are so important to Elementary classrooms. Please help us to get materials to help us expand our independent reading skills!

I teach Third grade in a wonderful K-5 school that could certainly benefit from having new materials that fit into our current curriculum.

Using innovative ideas such as the Daily 5 reading center framework, we are working hard to improve our reading skills and also learn to become independent readers.

My Project

I teach a wonderful class of Third grade students,who are excited about reading! They love having Reading activities that they can complete independently during our "Daily 5" center time. We are in need of on-level reading comprehension and vocabulary building activities.

My students will gain independence by having these Reading Comprehension and vocabulary kits.

I anticipate that they will become better readers and writers by having these materials to use while working in their daily reading centers.
