My Project

I am privileged to teach some of the greatest, most caring, thoughtful, capable, inquisitive students in Virginia. These students will be even greater when they are all reading on grade level.

All students reading on grade level in Richmond Public Schools is my 2024 goal!

As research shares, one of ways to succeed with that goal is by getting books in the homes of students. I want to, in addition to developing a classroom library, do that for the 50 economically disadvantaged students that I am teaching this semester.
