My Project

I teach resilient, hardworking English Language Learners in a Title I funded, low-income community in Brooklyn, New York. We are a diverse community with many different educational needs. Our vision is to rise above educational expectations, to rise to be educational explorers and innovators, to rise to be leaders in life, to rise to meet the needs of our families, and to rise to ensure that every child has an opportunity for success!

I am passionate about fostering a love for literacy among my students, and I believe that interactive literacy games can play a crucial role in achieving this goal.

However, to provide my students with the best possible learning experience, I am in need of your support. Your generous donations can help me acquire a variety of literacy games that cater to different ages, reading levels, and interests. These games will not only make learning fun and engaging but also help improve reading comprehension, vocabulary, and critical thinking skills. By donating to my cause, you can make a direct impact on the literacy development of my students, empowering them with the tools they need to succeed academically and beyond.
