My Project

Implementing the Orton-Gillingham program with fidelity is crucial for our students' success in developing robust literacy skills. The digital blending board from IMSE (Institute for Multi-Sensory Education) provides a valuable tool to support this endeavor. By seamlessly integrating the digital blending board into our Smart Board setup, we can ensure that students receive high-quality, multisensory instruction that aligns perfectly with the principles of the Orton-Gillingham approach.

This interactive tool enables us to engage students in phonemic awareness, decoding, and spelling activities in a dynamic and immersive manner.

I can fully harness the capabilities of the digital blending board to provide our students with the effective and personalized instruction they need to become proficient readers. The Orton-Gillingham approach emphasizes a multisensory teaching method, which is essential for accommodating diverse learning styles and needs. By utilizing the digital blending board, we can cater to each student's individual learning preferences, ensuring that they receive instruction that resonates with them on a personal level.
