My Students

I teach some pretty incredible eighth graders that are truly passionate about learning. The donations received here will better their school experience which will certainly have lasting impacts.

My students love to move, are building a love of reading and need lots of positive attention.

Eighth grade is a critical year because as they prepare for high school, they are also discovering who they are. My goal is to empower them with motivation, perseverance, and leadership skills to conquer their next chapter in life.

My Project

The one bounce chair will actually serve multiple middle school students that struggle to sit still during class. This flexible seating option is a great alternative to standard chairs because they are able to get their fidgets out while still concentrating on the task at hand. I have no doubt that this tool will benefit student learning and concentration.

The Catchbox Lite is a throwable, voice-enhancing foam box.

It's "lite" in weight, yet is able to give each student (even the soft-spoken ones) a voice. I plan to use this during classroom discussions, various activities, and content review - so many options!
