Help me give my students headphones, an audio tool that can help them build so many skills such as fluency, comprehension, grammar, spelling and research skills.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are a wonderful bunch of eager learners ready to bridge the gaps they have had in their education over the last couple of crucial school years. A classroom set of headphones would have so many learning benefits for my students. It gives them the privacy to hear only their devices when working.
These headphones would give my students the ability to freely choose what to work on without distraction or judgement.
So many students have suffered severe learning loss over the course of the pandemic, leaving them far behind in reading and basic math skills. Headphones will help them to manage their learning by using support and learning tools independently, giving them the ability to take charge of their learning and push them ahead.
