This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My bilingual fourth grade students enjoy exploring books in both English and Spanish. My students need resources to strengthen their bilingualism. We are in need of headphones to help them listen to books online in English and Spanish. We have reading abilities ranging between 4 grade levels in both languages. This particular donation will help students listen to books in two languages. With headphones for each student, they will be able to build on their decoding skills and reading fluency. We need more than one functional set of headphones in the classroom.
