Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Like many districts in the United States, my school district has ensured that we are one-to-one with devices for online learning.

Headphones for each of my students will allow them to access the text-to-speech accommodation needed for them to engage in their learning.

The curriculum that we use in my classroom allows for my students to engage in independent learning through the online curriculum. The curriculum allows for the student to have the text read aloud for them. This feature allows students to learn and be successful without fear that they cannot read.
