Listening Center Adventures for Our Young Learners

Help me give my students a Toniebox audio player for our listening center so that my youngest learners can listen to multicultural books in our early childhood classroom!

My Project

My little learners would love this Tonie story reader with different stories for our listening center in our classroom. My students will enjoy independently putting the character in the Tonie so that they can listen to that character’s storybook. Some books that we hope to be getting are multicultural books so that students can learn about people of different ethnicities who made many amazing contributions to society. My students will learn about the importance of treating everyone fairly, regardless of their skin color. My students will celebrate diversity as they build a love for reading, promote listening comprehension, and develop their imagination. My goal is for all my students to be eager and excited to go to the listening center, which will instill in them a desire to want to read on their own, and also become amazing storytellers. My students are truly special to me. They love to learn and they become so exhilarated when I read to them. They deserve to have a Tonie audio player in our classroom so that they can explore different cultures and listen to stories at any time of the day.
