Help me give my students needed tech support with headphones equipped with microphone. These will allow students to concentrate on their individual reading skills and language development without distractions from other students.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Kindergarten students have individual Chromebooks to utilize in class. Many students are second language learners with various abilities. The headphones will help minimize the noise distraction while students concentrate on listening and reproducing sounds while learning to read. Also, enrichment opportunities for those who can read by recording their reading practice passages and help building fluency. The gift of headphones will impact eager, young learners as the develop much needed skills to become literate.
