Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am reaching out to you today with a heartfelt request to support our students who face significant challenges with reading and writing. Many of these students benefit immensely from assistive technologies, such as audiobooks, speech-to-text software, and literacy apps, all of which require headphones.

Unfortunately, many of our students do not have access to their own personal headphones, creating a barrier to their learning and progress.

Sharing headphones can be unhygienic and disruptive, hindering their ability to focus and fully engage with these crucial learning tools.

Your generous donation will directly provide high-quality, durable headphones to students who need them most. These headphones will:

Improve Focus and Concentration: Allowing students to block out distractions and immerse themselves in their learning.

Enhance Access to Assistive Technology: Enabling effective use of audio-based learning tools.

Promote Independence and Confidence: Giving students the ability to learn at their own pace and in a way that best suits their needs.

Support a more sanitary learning environment.

Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a tangible difference in the lives of these students.
