My Students

Our classroom motto is: "Everyone does Everything!" We recite this multiple times per day. We are all striving to become the best that we can be.

My students are hard workers.

They greet each day ready to learn. We are privileged to have access to many resources that help us to become college and career ready. Each of our students receives the academic support that they need from our incredible faculty and staff. Our school is also well supported by the community.

My Project

These headphones and privacy walls would help my students reach their goals of being college and career ready. One area of improvement we are focusing on is oral reading fluency. Each of my 4th graders is striving to be where they need to be in order to be a fluent reader. These headphones would help them be able to listen to a fluent reader as a model. By having this model reader, they will be able to hear what they should sound like. This is a powerful way for them to reach their goals of success.

These donations will help build my students' confidence with their reading.

They will have access to non-fiction text about real world events and problems. They will be able to reach their goals and continue to prepare to be college and career ready.
