My Students
I teach at a school where there are many different backgrounds. Each have their own stories. Each bring their different personalities to my classroom. This makes learning fun because we get to learn from each other.
I have many students interested in learning new things.
My students love to explore new things. They are very curious. They love to explore the world and experiment with many different materials. My students are interested in many different subjects.
Many students love to participate and get hands-on with things.
My Project
After switching to virtual learning for a period of time, our students do a lot more learning digitally. My class uses a lot more digital programs now that we never know if we will stay in person or go back to online learning. Many of these programs read aloud to the students. Having headphones will help my students listen to directions read aloud to them on the different programs without interrupting other students' learning.
COVID-19 has really affected our students' reading abilities and comprehension skills.
As a teacher, I am working really hard with my students on phonics and comprehension skills. These comprehension activities will be a great way for students to practice what they have been taught!
