My kindergartners are so excited to walk into our classroom each and every morning and their excitement and happiness are absolutely contagious!
A fabulous and curious group of children, my kindergartners are constantly searching for ways to stretch their brains, academically, the moment they walk through the door.
They are all so eager to learn about the fun and exciting things we'll do in kindergarten this year! Our school is wonderful. We have extremely supportive parents that are willing to help out any way they can, an amazing team of highly talented teachers, and students that are willing to work as hard as can be!
My Project
During Daily 5 stations, students have the opportunity to listen to books and stories using technology - such as our classroom iPad and iPod. Since we only have one of each, we're looking for an additional iPod to allow for even more students to listen to books and stories.
We love our Listen to Reading station - and an additional iPod would allow for even more students to enjoy the Daily 5 station at one time!
By listening to books and stories, students will be able to further their comprehension and early literacy skills - in addition to enjoying a book or story being read aloud to them.
In addition, we're looking to keep our iPods safe with silicone cases that will prevent our listening devices from accidental falls.
