My Students

I have the most AMAZING group of second graders in the WORLD! They are so hard-working, and we have worked really hard this year to build a community of friends who care for each other.

We want to use technology to enjoy listening to great literature!

Although we are from many different backgrounds, we all come together as a team and get things done!!! We love to learn in new and exciting ways!

My students are learning and showing responsibility every day! I can't wait to see them learn and grow!

My Project

Students will be able to listen to books on CD. This will have a great impact on a growing vocabulary! Students need to experience a variety of literature presented in a variety of ways! This will allow for the students to independently listen to interesting stories while relaxing and following along without the worry of needing to figure out "tricky" words! This would be a great addition to our independent station time or extra reading times throughout the day. We are so fortunate to have a reading library with many Books on CD. However, wtih advancing technology...we don't have any way to enjoy them!
