My Project
The vast majority of my students have limited verbal skills. I have found that many are more willing to try to vocalize words when using a computerized application.
One activity I have found appeals to my students is to listen to a word and practice saying it while spelling it out with magnetic letter tiles.
I need headphones with microphones to facilitate this technology center.
I believe this activity can be adapted for all the levels that I teach but I need more letter tiles so that our more advanced students we can make bigger words. Then we will be spelling our way to success!
