Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
All our students have limited access to supplies that are needed in our school. If we can begin the 2022 - 2023 school year strong, with supplies to cozy up our learning environment, we will be well on our way to a successful school year.
The children will enjoy sitting on a comfortable classroom rug.
Together we will love our morning meetings and our read alouds. They will be ready to listen and begin their day.
Headphones will keep the children focused on iReady Reading and Math time. Without headphones, the children are scattered all around the room trying to find a quiet spot of their own. Headphones can eliminate such issues and have a positive impact.
Finally, some of the supplies listed are everyday items to have days run a little smoother such as pencils, glue sticks, and scissors. All the small things can help support our classroom as well!
