Help me give my students an experience with printmaking! The linoleum blocks, ink and paper are needed for various printmaking projects.

My Students

My art students are in need of quality tools.

My students are in grades 9 to 12 and vary with artistic ability and experience level.

They are all eager to explore new art mediums, art history and design innovation. These artists are interested in learning through hands-on experimenting with tools, art media, and collaboration with their peers. They want to create, construct, invent, and explore, yet we have minimal art materials to work with. We need quality supplies in order to make quality products.

My Project

Student artists will explore linoleum block printmaking as an art medium. We are in need of printing ink, lino blocks, and quality paper to complete this project. The tools are needed to carve the blocks, the ink will help with layering interesting compositions, and paper is a must!

Students will learn how to make a series of artist prints.

Students will also learn different printmaking processes, including mono print, wood carving, lino cut,etching, and lithography. Art history and printmaking artists will also be introduced to the classes. My hope is that my artists will be inspired by this medium and will want to explore even further
